Lawyer Giovanni Luigi ALLIEGRO
Born in Naples on 13 July 1970. Currently registered with the Milan Bar Association.
He has been a specialist in the Court of Cassation since 2014.
Education and training
He graduated in law from the Federico II University of Naples on 29 June 1994.
Professional experience
He completed his legal training under Prof. Giulio Gomez d’Ayala in Naples. After passing the bar exams in 1999, he began practising as a lawyer in Naples.
From 2001 to 2010, he worked as a lawyer in Milan in an established firm of associates, becoming a partner in 2008.
He has been Senior Partner of the Alliegro & Baldieri law firm since 2011.
Studies and publications
He is the author of several publications in specialized journals (e.g. Monetizzazione delle ferie: tempi e modalità, note to Cass. Joint Div. 7 October 2008, no. 24712, in La Nuova Giur. Civ. Comm. , 2009, 3, 231 ff.). He participated in the drafting of the text “Il processo societario”, 2006 MCM Ed.
In July 2008, he obtained the IPSOA Master’s in Corporate Law.
